The History
Long before the people of the modern world began adding synthetic hair, human hair, or yaki hair to their natural hair, in Africa we had our own type of hair extensions. Being people who live close to the earth, we use the earth to extend and even color our hair.
We used the bark from palm trees, shredding them into fine yellow threads. We used the juice from the fruit of the Cotar tree to dye the palm strands black. That was the beginning of hair extensions and coloured hair as we know it today.

Nubian Twists - Short
For this layered style, two-tone black and burgundy synthetic Nubian hair is anchored in the natural hair with a few inches of braiding, then twisted into the final style ( in which all the ends do not fall on the same length), use synthetic hair pieces that are all the same length.
